True to size. Though there's a lot of extra room in the bodice, meant for a loose fit, I wouldn't recommend sizing down in order to get the right arm length. This one probably isn't awesome for the gals with longer arms that worry about sleeve length. Model is a size 11 jeans, 5'6, comfortably wearing her typical size large.
