We gladly accept returns within 10 days of purchase (in-store) or 10 days from delivery (online orders).

All in-store purchases are eligible for:

For online purchases, we offer:
- Store credit (preferred)
- Refund to original payment method (excluding original shipping costs)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or clearance items
- Accessories (jewelry, hats, bags, etc.)
- Bodysuits, intimates, or personal wear items
- Seasonal or holiday-specific pieces
These pieces are often limited-run or specialty items, so once theyâre yoursâtheyâre yours.

To be accepted, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Tags still attached
- Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, or any scent
- Free of pet hair or damage
Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted for return.

- With receipt: full store credit or eligible return
- Without receipt: store credit issued at the lowest selling price
