💫 Return Window

We gladly accept returns within 10 days of purchase (in-store) or 10 days from delivery (online orders).

Items must meet our return guidelines below to be eligible.


🔁 In-Store Purchases

All in-store purchases are eligible for:

  • Store credit
  • Exchange

We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment for in-store purchases.

Store credit never expires—so you can take your time finding your next obsession.


📦 Online Orders

For online purchases, we offer:

  • Store credit (preferred)
  • Refund to original payment method (excluding original shipping costs)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.


🔥 Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Accessories (jewelry, hats, bags, etc.)
  • Bodysuits, intimates, or personal wear items
  • Seasonal or holiday-specific pieces

These pieces are often limited-run or specialty items, so once they’re yours—they’re yours.


✔️ Return Conditions

To be accepted, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Tags still attached
  • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, or any scent
  • Free of pet hair or damage

Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted for return.


🧾 Receipt Policy

  • With receipt: full store credit or eligible return
  • Without receipt: store credit issued at the lowest selling price

Who’s responsible for shipping?

My package never arrived, now what?
Once a package leaves our shipping facility, we track it but cannot control it. If your package is lost in transit or stolen from your porch, a claim needs to be made with the shipping currier or your local police department. Please send us an email if you need assistance with the claim.

Are sale items returnable?
No—sale, special promotions, and clearance items are final sale.
